Preparing for your Spring Census 2018

Sorry to have to put a downer on your race to the Christmas holidays but it occurs that you’ll not be long back before you have to start thinking about your Spring School Census.

Don’t worry, this is just a short one to remind you that it’s on the horizon and to give you the preparation documents so that you can at least start thinking about it before you go away. Without further ado, here are the dates followed by the documents and we’ll be back to you in the new year with more information as usual along with the production documents.

Census Day: 18/01/2018 Attendance Collection: 01/09/2018 – 31/12/2018 Exclusion Collection: 17/04/2017 – 31/08/2017 FSM Eligibility Collection: 06/10/2017 – 18/01/2018 Learner Support Collection: 01/08/2017 – 18/01/2018

For all-through schools, special schools, and other schools not covered by the guides here you will need to look at both of these to make the best judgement. The “Producing” documents will be shown in January and there are individual guides at that stage.
