• Know what you are using the data for and how long you will keep it
• Ensure you have the relevant permissions before sharing personal data
  (for example posting photos on social media)
• Should you receive data requests pass them on to your line manager/DPO straight away
• Don’t take personal data home or transfer data onto personal devices
  without permission or suitable security in place
