SBS SRMA Onboarding and Support Approach

1. Seamless Application Process

Simply complete the online application form on this page (via the apply today button), answer a few clarification questions, attach your CV and wait to hear back from us.

2. Accreditation Support

If you are an aspiring SRMA we will help guide and mentor your way through the accreditation process (via EPI).

3. ICFP Training

Whether you are an expert requiring a skills top up and refresher session or are new to Integrated Curriculum Financial Planning (ICFP), we will provide tailored training, equipping you with the requisite skills to assess school budgets and curriculum efficiency.

4. Mentorship and Support

We provide one-to-one mentoring to ensure you feel confident and empowered to deliver first class reviews and advice. We facilitate and encourage peer support through our online SRMA chat rooms.

5. Fair allocation of deployments

During the application process you will be asked your preferences with regards to number of annual deployments and regions. We also ask a few questions relating to your experience.

This enables us to best match deployments and SRMAs.

6. Ongoing CPD

We offer monthly webinars covering the latest best practices, policy updates, and tools relevant to school resource management.

SRMAs will also have access to a central support hub, where they can reference templates and insights.

7. Quality Assurance

All reports are reviewed by a senior, experienced SRMA to ensure accuracy, consistency and high quality.

Feedback is both constructive and collaborative, allowing SRMAs to fine tune and hone their skills as their deployment journey grows.

8. SRMA Networking

Aside from the peer support via online SRMA chat rooms, we encourage SRMAs to attend termly networking events.

We will endeavour to make these in person events. Sessions allow SRMAs to share challenges, best practice and enjoyable experiences.
