- For peace of mind and continued ‘learning-through-doing’ the schools have the SBS Service Desk available at all times
3rd line service desk support
- SBS is an experienced provider of remote support for schools via phone and email, and provides escalation assistance for the existing ICT team to support in specialist and more complex areas
- United Learning’s Head of Schools’ ICT Strategy receives regular detailed reports to review the typical requirements across the schools and inform ongoing strategy, training needs and capacity
