Key SBS contact for your Budgeting needs - Catherine Belchamber

Hello! I’m Catherine and I am an Account Manager for the SBS Budgets software. I joined School Business Services in November 2020 as part of the SBS Budgets team. My role involves managing our current customers and accounts for SBS Budgets, making sure they are fully satisfied with the software and support provided. I am also involved in the onboarding process of new customers, from running through a demo of the software to ensuring their implementation and training is as smooth a process as possible. As an Account Manager, I keep in touch with our customers regularly throughout the year to ensure the software is enabling them to future proof and achieve their vision for the school/s. As part of this, I co-host our budgeting webinars (see right) to ensure customers' wider questions about the software are answered.

Outside of my role at SBS, I am a member of a local governing body at a large Multi-Academy Trust in the south. As part of the finance committee, I am involved in the financial and budgeting decisions of the school as well as a range of other matters including student wellbeing and mental health, open evenings and teacher interviews. I am also studying MSc Psychology of Education at University College London, so as you can tell I have a huge interest and passion for education!
