Updates to the Green Book Conditions of Service document

The Green Book, which applies to all support staff working in schools, has been updated to reflect the changes introduced since the existing 2005 version was published.
The updated Green Book Conditions of Service document now includes:
- All pay scales and allowances from 1997 to 2017 inclusive
- The revised maternity scheme, which was introduced in 2009
- The increase in the minimum annual leave entitlement, which increased from 20 to 21 days in 2009
- The updated NJC job evaluation scheme guidance, which was introduced in 2013
