Our expert team is continually developing to deliver the leading service for school ICT. We are pleased to introduce Graham Gould who has worked in several expert roles for 8 years at SBS and is your key contact for your ICT support needs in education.

At SBS, Graham is on hand for schools as a focal point for our customers and to hold knowledge for all our ICT services. For your consultancy and day-to-day ICT estate management needs, Graham has expertise in:

SLA and managed service support
Google and Office365 applications
Servers and networking infrastructure
ICT audits and budget plans

I have worked for SBS for over 8 years and during this time I have had the privilege of holding several roles within the company that has taken me from the UK to Dubai and back again. I have held a passion for IT since a young age and pride myself on the level of service I can provide to schools. I started as a Senior ICT Consultant in November 2012 and worked in schools supporting their network infrastructure. Part of my role as a senior engineer was to work with schools to implement and design 5-year strategy plans and to help move schools in the right direction to future-proof their ICT strategy. I then progressed into project management and during this time was given the opportunity to oversee the opening of two independent schools in Dubai (see right).

Working with independent schools in Dubai was certainly my most memorable accomplishment within School Business Services and one I was very grateful of being given.

I was then given the role of ICT Service lead which enabled me to interact with many more schools and help them in their journey to improve their IT networks and manage a team of 15 engineers in SBS.

At present I now manage all of our ICT customers’ accounts and am the designated contact for all our existing customers as well as new ones.
