Arbor Guidance - Free School Meals for London Primary Schools from Sept 1st
As the Mayor of London has offered free meals to all pupils in years Reception-Year 6, if you use Arbor for Meals you’ll need to make adjustments to your Meals set up.
In your Arbor site go to: School>Meals
Choose Setup from the left hand menu.
Choose Prices
Click into each Provision in turn to adjust prices.
Click on the price you need to change and you’ll get a pop out window like this:
Choose update meal prices
Click the pencil icon to adjust the price, then click Save changes.
As you will still need to report on FSM and UIFSM we would suggest retaining these provision prices and setting the price for all pupils (Rec-Y6) to £0.00.
If you have nursery these pupils will need a separate price and this can be added by clicking the green Add button in the Meal Provision Prices bar. The same would be true for all through schools for years 7-13.
