Schools will have a huge number of staff and students absent due to the COVID-19 virus. Here at SBS we have designed two reports to help you analyse your absences/attendance data based on those very absences.
In the provided .zip file you will find four documents. two .RptDef files, one for Staff absences and one for Student Y codes and two sets of instructions on how to import and run them. Please download the file now and extract the files to a folder on your computer, then follow the instructions for use. Please note whilst it was advised to use the Y code for students not attending school due to self-isolation, the government advice for all schools is to use the # code during the period that they now remain closed. For Key Worker/Vulnerable pupils attending please follow the advice from the link below to record their attendance.
