SBS Online has a new look!

After much discussion, designing, testing and long nights, the SBS Online team is happy to present the new and improved budget management software.

Thankyou to our schools for their kind words whilst using the updated software so far. The redesign greatly improves the user experience, makes financial planning easier and saves time when navigating throughout the software. Much of the menu and sub-menu items will be familiar and will remain intuitive and easy to use. For those who have opted out until the 31st May, please note there may be limited downtime on that evening.

Recap: SBS Online Redesign Blog Series

In the run up to the release date we began a redesign blog series to ensure that schools are familiar with the updated software before they use it. Below is a convenient list of installments with a summary of significant functions and features. Each topic provides a before/after screenshot and description to help users visualise the old and new planners side-by-side and the differences in function.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Service Desk on 0345 222 1551 • Option 8 or email sbsonline@schoolbusinessservices.co.uk Also, within the planner the iHelp section can be found by clicking the arrow on the left hand side to open the menu and clicking on the '?' icon. This will provide advice and guidance for the whole of SBS Online. To view the iHelp for a specific page, please click the '?' icon at the top of the screen which will reveal a handy pop-up. For those schools who have contacted us to request a delay to the update, this will take place on the 31st May. On behalf of the SBS Online team I would like to thank all at School Business Services (SBS) for the help they have provided to complete and launch the redesign and to our wonderful users for their continued support and appreciation.
