- Setting Up and Producing Attendance Mail Merge Letters
- Creating a variety of letter definition templates: Chosen Code, Lates, Percentage Attendance, Unexplained Absences, Continuous Absences
- Understanding the SIMS functionality in terms of date ranges and values
- Formatting Word documents and setting up the school’s letterhead
- Linking letters to the Student’s Linked Documents
- Cloning and Managing Existing Letter Templates
Outcomes
By the end of this course delegates will have a clear understanding of:

- How to generate personalised letters and certificates for pupils
