About this SIMS course
SIMS Options Standard includes all the familiar features of Options 5 including entry and analysis of student choices, creating classes, placing into blocks to build the structure and manual and automatic allocation.
The SIMS Options Online course will introduce delegates to the new version designed especially for online use, which means that schools won’t need to create and sort manual lists or process individual paper submissions.

Target audience
Staff responsible for the options process who also have an understanding of the relationship to the timetable.
Outcomes
Delegates will gain knowledge of SIMS Options Standard (Options 5) & SIMS Options Online and learn:

- creating block structures and classes
- allocating the options
- editing the structure
- producing reports
